Apple Cherry Pumpkin Tea Smoothie
September 11, 2022
As well as beta carotene, pumpkins contain vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, and folate- all of which help strengthen your immune system. Eating more pumpkin in your diet can make your immune cells work better to fight off germs and speed up wound healing.
Add a splash of VitaFruit® to increase your antioxydants, and a packet of NuPlus® to supply complex carbohydrates and an array of easily absorbable nutrients to this smoothie.
