Cucumber smoothies are healthful drinks, full of vitamins and minerals, including an abundance of water from the cukes themselves. They're also packed with antioxidants to keep cells healthy - a perfect drink for someone who wants to stay young-looking forever!
Why not add a splash of our Evergreen for an easy way to get the powerful antioxidants and phytonutrients of dark leafy vegetables in one tasty shot.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 small cucumber, cut in cubes
- 1 cup collard greens
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley
- 1 lime, juiced only
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes
- Splash of Evergreen
Directions

Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
